I red lots of good reviews about this place, so I gave it a try. I ordered one of my favourite chinese dish, Cantonese chow mien and David ordered BBQ duck with egg noodle. We had a egg roll and I liked it a lot. There are lots of meat and had good flavour.
Cantonese chow mien was average, lots of vegetables(tons of cabbages!) and meat. I tried some soup that David was having and it was chicken broth but didn't have much flavour.
Maybe we ordered wrong food? We weren't impressed with the food and the service wasn't that great. They only take cash, so we had to take some money out from ATM inside the restaurant.
Seeing Kazu right across from the street, I thought "we probably never come back this place". There are tons of restaurants around and we have more choices when we go to restaurant. Why would you go back if their food and service, both are okay?
I've had a debate with my old co-workers who were servers about service vs food, which should be better for a restaurant business. What is the reason to go back to one particular restaurant many times? Good food and good service? Good food but service is okay? Food is okay but service is good?
